Ability to commence Timesheets on any day

Change week commencement day for Timesheet manager to another day other than Sunday; payroll is on Thursday

Allow labour line items to be entered as 'minutes' rather than 'hours' on jobs.

Can the time be adjusted from hours to minutes for labour items?
