The Subtotal, Tax & Total should be grouped on Invoice templates, so all that data doesn't split onto a new page. we recently had several customers where just the Total ended up on a 2nd page, and the customer page the sub-total amount. If the invoice is long enough to go over 2 pages, all of that information should stay together so it all ends up on the same page... e.g. this invoice could easily be paid as $313.77, especially if the invoice is printed double sided.

The ability to easily see a kits rolled up retail pricing in the product catalogue. When you search through kit items in the product catalogue you can only see what the kit cost/retails for if you have the custom kit pricing selected. If you uncheck this, the pricing section disappears. If I have a customer call up and request a current price on an item that is a kit we build in house, and I want this kit to have dynamic pricing i.e. not have the custom pricing box checked. The only way I can get the price for them is to create a sales order and then add the kit to it.

Hi, For some of our small jobs we may only have the mobile number for the customer. When they collect the job, they pay via EFTPOS. But it would be great to be able to text them a copy of the invoice when it is raised so they have a physical copy.

I think the dashboard charts, should be able to take you to the area you have clicked on. e.g. Order By Status, clicking on the part of the chart for "Ready for Pickup", Should take you to the Sales Order page, with a dynamic table showing the orders currently held in that status. Clicking on a bar of the Sales Order, should take you again to the Dynamic Tables, showing the orders created on the date you clicked on.

Denote on each order's Collaborate tab if there are new / unread messages or attachments.

Similar to Customer Terms please also add Supplier payment terms so that we dont have to manually adjust invoices in Xero

I would like to be able to set when a week starts in the planner, like you can in the Timesheets. We don't work on a Sunday, which is the current start of the week in the Planner. Some team members are putting entries in Sunday, I guess thinking it's Monday as it's the start. Additionally, with Sunday as the start, it's cutting off Friday in the main view, which is irritating, especially on a Friday and every time you open it, you have to scroll.

It would be useful to be able to see who created an order on the printed version / emailed to customer version of a document. This would allow us in the office to know who's responsible for a job quickly, and also let the customer know who to ask for if they have any questions.

Whilst we love the fact that we can quote in Factory and then hit 'Submit as Sales Order', we would love to see the Quote remain in the system for historical purposes attached to the new Sales Order, rather than replaced by the Sales Order. This would mean the Quote wouldn't be issued a sequential Order # but instead given it's own unique Quote #. Then when it becomes an order, all of the quoted information is attached (perhaps in a separate tab) on the newly created Sales Order so it can be referred back to in the future. We understand we could use the Collaborate Tab and attach a pdf version of the quote, but we can't use global search to look for the quote number or any other details on the quote if it's a pdf under collaborate. We also note the details on a quote (or budget estimate) are significantly different to the information included on the invoice so the historical data of the quote is essentially lost. Thanks!

'Productivity' or 'Standard User no pricing' seem to be the best two options for my yard supervisor, but neither are perfect. He doesn't need to see pricing, but I need him to be able to make changes/add notes to orders, but also access workflow, planner and delivery scheduling. Would be good if there was a way to adjust relevant access levels - or have one created that fits this
