Archive/Delete Order = Delete order in accounting package

If a customer cancels an order, it's really frustrating having to 'archive' in Factory, then go into MYOB to also delete. Not sure why there isn't just a delete/cancel order function that pushes through to the accounting package like all other aspects of updating an order

Hey Team - I hear you! Historically we steered clear of purposefully deleting accounting package entries as it's a little fraught with danger at times.
The existing 'Archive' option has a specific purpose (hiding historical jobs from search results etc.) but I think there's a 'Power User' and 'Admin' option that could be implemented to permanently 'delete' an order and it's corresponding accounting entry.
We'll get it into our backlog of work.

Another option that would be great to have is a 'quote not accepted'. this means it would be easier to find, than an archived one. and perhaps the order could be re-opened if the customer found the money a few months later.

Dusk blue Quail: Good shout! If you haven't already, could you please add this as a comment to the Pipeline card? (https://factory.canny.io/ideas/p/pipeline)
That way we can factor that into our high-level plans for the big 'Quotes' overhaul we're doing.

A delete or cancel should be a given, totally agree.
