Having more details then just the internal cash/trade account option when sending invoices into xero.

eg/

internal cash account (jo blow off the street)

contact details in factory move across with invoice to xero instead of currently only the cash/trade account and then factory order number in the description lines within xero.

having this would solve accounting issues that do not access factory and can chase and allocate payments accordingly.
