Another option for a sales order tab ; Eg. Purchase Details, Collaborate, Checklists, Linked Orders - Adding an additional one that could be Order Documents - This is where the important documents can be saved eg. invoices, pdfs, PO. That way, in workflow only view, the workshop staff can't see all the documents that get saved in collaborate. This would leave collaborate to be purely like notes on the job with photos and updates.

That's a great idea. We still need employees to be able to access collaborate to upload site photos, see notes about the job, etc. But they shouldn't have access to things like invoices.
