We use a quoting app, Quotient, that allows the customer to choose their own options and change quantities. I can set each item on quotes to be fixed, optional item or multiple choice.

The customer can also accept the quote online and provide notes and PO#'s.

Quotient also has the option to add photos of each item on the item line.

Currently Factory do not have these features and this is preventing me from using Factory for quoting.

Would Factory implement these updates to the quotes?
