Because we export the time sheets to Xero, it would be very useful if the timesheets could be configured in Factory to show overtime hours, so the exported information is ready to use without further adjustments in Xero.

Completely agree with this.
Current problem: Our staff enter their timesheet entries in daily. Their pay rates change depending on what time they work i.e
Standard = 1
Odd hours = 1.42
OT = 1.5
OT = 2
Same as pay rate there are multiple categories types they could work i.e
Normal
Annual Leave
Sick/Compassionate leave
RDO
Public Holiday
Issue - Our office manager or bookkeeper or manager in order to see what that single timesheet entry is for as per above they need to click into every single entry across all of our staff.
A single staff member could have up to 5 entries per day depending on how many projects they work on.
Another - As a staff member has different hourly costs tracking and reporting is incorrect. For Example when looking into the profitability tab hours are tracked by hour.
Result:
- Increased time to do timesheets correctly
- Human errors resulting in staff not receiving their applicable pay
- Incorrect reporting
Potential Solution:
- Pay rates & types are visible on the weekly timesheet view
- Exporting - If we can export timesheets from a specific project to excel then we can filter and pull out whatever information we need.
Hope this helps :)

This would be nice. We have our hours set to 12am-11:59pm just so our team can enter their overtime. It'd be good to allow them to clock in outside of regular hours as overtime.
