It would be really helpful to have the ability to insert merge fields into the custom message for quote and invoice emails. Useful merge fields would include the total price, job address, and expiry date.
At the moment, the existing layout doesn’t quite work for us — instead of having the “From:” at the top, it would be more practical for the email or quote to clearly show who it is intended for.
And as requested previously an "Accept/Decline Quote" button is needed urgently.
