Hey team,

Could you implement the option to have internal notifications for when a card is moved into a certain bucket. similar to how you have notifications for customers but for internal people (assigned employees)

Add mobile number to staff details in settings  so they can be sent an SMS (or Email) when they are 
assigned to a sales order.  
This would skip the extra step currently required when setting up a sales order where the staff member need to be added as a contact in the customer details to receive an SMS or email notifications for Workflow status changes
Collaborate mentions only trigger in-app notifications (including in Factory Mobile), not SMS.  This is also 'clunky' and troublesome.

Hi Team - we're expanding this feature request to incorporate all areas of the platform that currently generate notifications, rather than being specific only to Workflow.

This would be great addition please, we use this in current system and helps us ensure that workflow and projects are being dealt with in timely fashion. we are very keen to remove old system and use factory app as our primary

Hi All - there are a few notification channels that we could enable here. To confirm, would email, SMS and mobile app notifications be what you're after for internal notifications to your team? Naturally you'd have the ability to toggle on/off each notification type.
