it seems many people are requesting similar or variations of ideas.
IF someone from Factory reviewed these regularly and commented with ways that things could be managed or offered solutions when something is already in place but not exactly as the suggestor is requesting, it might save on our frustration and eventually your workload!.
Feels like we are at the pointy end of a shotgun here!

Whoa, I was literally just thinking the same thing. This isn't monitored enough. There are so many pretty much duplicate ideas, and sometimes, they'll get merged into one, but not often. And I've created so many without so much as a comment from the Factory team. It's disheartening to feel like we're not being listened to.
