Export a list of all products currently being tracked for stock, along with their associated stock levels.

it would be great if the 'all stock' export included $ value per line and take the last purchase price as the value it places there. At worst a total at the bottom of the spreadsheet will be a good start

Functional Mandrill: Sorry, mate I forgot this one! We'll make sure it's included in the scope.

Hi All,
This is our current planned approach to the Stocktake export. If you have any questions or thoughts, we'd love to hear them.
When exporting, you would be able to choose to export all stocktake data, or only data specific to certain suppliers.
1) All stock (non-supplier specific)
- This is the first sheet in the attached example doc attached.
- Will include all product info, along with associated stock levels. Note that rows with the same 'Product Name' value represent different 'variants' on that product's pricing table.
- Will include the value of total stock on hand, based on last purchase price.
- The 'Material' and 'Colour' columns would populate if the product is linked to specific materials.
- Will NOT include any stock dollar values.
- This would essentially be a 'master list' of all stocked products for pure stocktaking purposes.
2) Supplier specific
- This is the second sheet in the attached example doc.
- Would include individual tabs representing each Supplier that is linked to stocked products, with each tab/sheet named with the supplier's name.
- Will include stock dollar values based on the 'Buy' pricing on file for each product, specific to that supplier.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
