Add a “Declined” option, so it can be included in a weekly sales report. Then bulk "Archive" anything 1 month old that’s declined at once, rather than all sitting in Archive.

It would be good to have the same organisation for Estimating/quoting that we have for the post-submitted stage of the job. Currently we outsource this organisation in another app but would be great to have a workflow for the pre-submitted stage of the SO.

Have the ability to change the status of a quote to "Quote Lost" for quotes we know we have not won the order.

It would be great to have is a 'quote not accepted'. this means the quote would be easier to find, than an archived one. and perhaps the order could be re-opened if the customer found the money a few months later.

This is inline with our previous comment about matching the functionality of Quotient.app which allows customers to accept online and records their IP in case of later disputes.
