Along with the features requested, would it be possible to make the Quotes & Invoices project field text editable?

I would like to have the Kits a larger text size, and other products (ancillaries) a small text size. I have a couple ancillaries which blow out the project field and half the payment info onto the next page which looks pretty bad.

I was looking to customise Sales order & Invoice templetes like by adding some color to the templates based on type it suits to my attached Invoice / order.

Basically i feeling bored when i see my templates its look sooo plain, i want to attract the customer with the unique features of templates:) i would love if you work on this for me : )
