Can the time be adjusted from hours to minutes for labour items?

I think it would be a great setting to have (either per person, or per company), the ability to select how you wish minutes to be viewed e.g 15 minutes = 0.25hrs. for example in time tracking you need to put this in as minutes, but when invoicing, it needs to be the decimal, i think it should be uniform throughout Factory, with the ability to choose what works best for you.

YES - I have to keep a chart beside me to adjust labour from minutes to percentages - example I need to charge 5 minutes per kit to box an item, charge 0.08 hour, easier if you could just add 5 minutes
