Adding 'Roles' as an extension of the employees to track what they are clocking onto, whether its fabricating, drafting, cutting or welding etc.

if we could add a drop down table and fill them with custom 'Roles' for example, Drafting, Cutting, Welding, Packing etc. it would be a lot easier to track the times of these roles to see where quoting hours need to be adjusted or improved.
